DESCRIPTION:Let's fill in all the buildings of Belgium in OpenStreetMap!\n
 \nRecently\, a tool has been developed to import buildings from reference 
 sources (GRB\, PICC and Urbis) into OpenStreetMap (OSM). This tool\, avail
 able on buildings.osm.be\, prepares the building data to be integrated int
 o OSM and sends them to the JOSM editor where they can be merged with exis
 ting data.\n\nFollowing contacts with the SPW (service public de Wallonia)
 \, we decided to start this import on the municipality of Namur. The purpo
 se of this meetup is to present the tool to all interested OSM contributor
 s\, and to coordinate the import on this municipality.\n\nThere will be a 
 rather technical section with a demo of the import using JOSM. For those i
 nterested in\, we suggest to install JOSM and the plugin "utilsplugin2" be
