DESCRIPTION:Brian is a longstanding mapping volunteer for OpenStreetMap\, 
 using his technical and organisational skills  after retiring from Special
 ist Computer Centres as their CTO. He is a founder member and community co
 -ordinator of mappamercia which organises OSM mappers in the West Midlands
  and has collaborated extensively with Transport for West Midlands and Bir
 mingham City Council in their adoption of OpenStreetMap on projects for as
 set management\, bus routing and traffic management. He was instrumental i
 n bringing the OSM international conference to Birmingham in 2013 and is a
  founding  member and Director of OpenStreetMap UK CIC Ltd which is the lo
