 lated digital maps by Eric Theise\, in collaboration with saxophonist Zyan
 ya Yax and bassist Chino Ortega. A visual wash of street grids\, land mass
 es\, water bodies\, and curiosities from built and natural environments. O
 rphaned labels. Free-floating symbology. Acoustic roundabouts and cul-de-s
 acs. Saturated colors and the subtlest of tints. Jittery zooms\, pans\, an
 d traversals. Glitches from crowdsourced data.\n\nThe performance will las
 t one hour and will occasionally introduce strobing effects that may affec

 eise is a San Francisco-based artist and geospatial software developer. Th
 rough video and performance he reinvigorates the perceptual inquiries of s
 tructural filmmakers\, experimental animators\, the Light and Space moveme
 nt\, and 60's light shows as new possibilities in the realm of digital car

 adalajara\, Mexico. She participates in different local music projects and
  has toured nationally and internationally. She has experimented with form

 rstands sound as an element to explore different narrative possibilities. 
 He is a member of the projects Tabula Raza\, Chiasma\, Proyecto 3010\, SOP
 \, LATEROR\, AFEG GALO\, Tirantes\, among others. He also records\, mixes 
 and masters musical projects and multimedia art\, runs the recording\, mix
 ing and post-production studio Sismo Studio and the independent music labe
 l Helicoidal Records\, as well as being the curator of the Helicoidal Sess
 ions concert series. He has taught at various institutions in Guadalajara
