 OpenStreetMap\, why it is important\, some simple ways of using it\, and h
 ow to help improve OpenStreetMap data for the benefit of all.\n\nIt's also
  an opportunity for experienced OSM contributors to learn new apps\, workf
 lows\, and how to contribute to related projects like Panoramax\, Mangrove
  Reviews\, and Wikimedia Commons.\n\nAfter a 45-minute orientation\, all c
 ontributors (new and old) are divided into teams\, and work together to im
 prove the map of the surrounding area on OSM.\n\n## How do I join?\n\n1. C
