  party is an opportunity for everyone to learn about OpenStreetMap\, why i
 t is important\, some simple ways of using it\, and how to help improve Op
 enStreetMap data for the benefit of all.\n\nIt's also an opportunity for e
 xperienced OSM contributors to learn new apps\, workflows\, and how to con
 tribute to related projects like Panoramax\, Mangrove Reviews\, and Wikime
 dia Commons.\n\nAfter a 45-minute orientation\, all contributors (new and 
 old) are divided into teams\, and work together to improve the map of the 
 surrounding area on OSM.\n\n## How do I join?\n\n1. Click the "Attend" but
